Jordan Chan is a Realtor working with Sharon Lum. Having been educated in renown institutions such as University of British Columbia, National University of Singapore, and West Point Grey Academy (WPGA), Jordan is well spoken and good-natured. From an early age, Jordan has worked and observed alongside Sharon in many listings from lead generation to listing, buying and selling. The Real Estate industry has impacted his life so much that he has worked in several different positions within the industry.
Previously, Jordan has worked as a Real Estate Development Manager, consulting for a mid-size developer. Jordan has also worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry at CBRE, performing research and maintaining databases of the entire Greater Vancouver Market. As well as working in the accounting industry, Jordan maintained records of finances for clients. After working in fields that were more behind-the-scenes, Jordan wanted rejoin the industry in a more personal and hands-on position as a realtor in early 2020.
Jordan’s experience in the real estate industry behind-the-scenes has shown in his insight to how to appropriately price and gage a property’s highest and best use. As a result of research experience and growing up on the westside of Vancouver, Jordan has strong insight to demographics, density and characteristics of Vancouver’s neighbourhoods and central locations. During Jordan’s free time, he enjoys golfing with friends, rock climbing, and taking care of his cat, Mooncake.

在決定和導師林麗儀正式合作之前，陳啟賢曾經作為房地產開發經理的職位任職於一家中型開發商。他也在全球500強公司世邦魏理仕(CBRE)從事過一段時間，專門負責整個大溫地區市場的生產研發和大數據保養。陳啟賢在會計行業也有著豐富的經驗。他的精準的財務報表也在他的客戶裡得到了一致的好評與信任。在會計行業裡的沉澱也讓陳啟賢重新在2020年初作為一個房地產經紀人再一次投入與房地產行業。
陳啟賢豐厚的經驗以及對行業內部的深入了解展現在他對房屋精準的定價以及作為賣方對地產最高定價的把控。作為一個在溫哥華土生土長的房地產經紀人，陳啟賢對大溫地區房地產市場的人群分佈，密度，特性都從本質上有很深入的了解。在陳啟賢的空閒時間，他喜歡與朋友打高爾夫球，攀岩，並照顧她的貓，月餅（Mooncake）。
